Para a ampliação do uso de manipuladores robóticos, é necessário conhecimento aprofundado, sendo necessário capacitar os operadores e os tomadores de decisão para integrar com eficiência o robô na tarefa submetida e ao seu local de trabalho. Visando suprir esta demanda, o curso de Engenharia Mecatrônica do IFSC Campus Florianópolis oferece em sua ementa as disciplinas de Introdução à robótica, Robótica industrial e Projeto Integrador VI (no Módulo de Automação da Manufatura), que auxiliam no ensino de modelagem, simulação, operação e integração de robôs. O presente trabalho apresenta o desenvolvimento de um manipulador robótico com o intuito de selecioná-lo e fabricá-lo utilizando manufatura aditiva por filamento polimérico fundido. Por meio da aplicação de benchmarking, tanto para manipuladores didáticos comerciais como para projetos abertos, encontrou-se os requisitos de projeto e com base nestes, foi escolhido o modelo mais apropriado. Após a seleção do manipulador, foram realizadas modificações do projeto, com intuito de adaptar e viabilizar a fabricação na instituição. Durante a fabricação do modelo, foram encontradas algumas dificuldades as quais foram relatados durante o desenvolvimento e sanadas conforme a demanda de garantia de funcionalidade do produto final. Como critério de avaliação, foram utilizados conjuntos de medições dimensionais como testes por apalpação de esfera rígida e digitalizações por scanner laser. Em resultados dos testes afora mencionados, pode-se concluir que as peças foram aprovadas em relação aos critérios estabelecidos, com desvio dimensional absoluto máximo de 1 mm. Por fim, valida-se o processo de fabricação por filamento fundido para construção de manipuladores robóticos com fins didáticos.
In order to increase the use of robotic manipulators, it is necessary to have in-depth knowledge, and it is necessary to train operators and decision makers to efficiently integrate the robot into the task submitted and to its workplace. In order to meet this demand, the course of Mechatronics Engineering of the IFSC Campus Florianópolis offers the subjects in Introduction to Robotics, Industrial Robotics and Integrated Project VI (during the Automation of Manufacturing Module), which assist in the teaching of modeling, simulating, operating and robot integration. The present work presents the evaluation of a robotic manipulator in order to select and manufacture it using additive manufacture by fused polymeric filament. Through the application of benchmarking, both on commercial didactic manipulators and on open source projects, the requirements were found and based on these, the most adequate one for the institution was chosen. After the selection of the manipulator, modifications of the project were made to adapt and make feasible the manufacturing in the institution. During the fabrication of the model, difficulties were encountered which were reported during development and were fixed according to the demand for functionality of the final product. As an evaluation criterion, sets of dimensional measurements were used, such as rigid sphere probing and laser scanning. In the results of the tests mentioned above, it can be concluded that the parts were approved in relation to the established criteria, with a maximum absolute dimensional deviation of 1 mm. Finally, fused filament fabrication is validated for the construction of robotic manipulators for didactic purposes.
