Introduction: Quality control in computed mammography is essential for patient safety and image quality in an exam. Radiology services must obligatorily follow it in order to have a good quality diagnosis. Observing the importance of the theme, this work aimed to analyze scientific productions related to this content. Methodology: This work is an integrative literature review, a search was carried out for articles between the years 2010 and 2021 on the subject in five databases: SciELO, PubMed, LILACS, Web of Science and Embase. The analysis of the productions had its stages based on Mendes, Silveira and Galvão (2008). Results: 15 scientific productions from 13 different countries were included, the country that most published was Mexico and the year with the highest number of publications was 2016. Through the selections of articles it was possible to analyze the following topics: legislation and parameters involved in Image Quality Control for computerized equipment; similarities and differences between the legal aspects of Image Quality Control adopted in different countries for computerized mammography. A manuscript was generated from the results. Conclusion: Through this work it was possible to observe that the European guideline European Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Breast Cancer Screening and Diagnosis of 2006 is cited or used in almost all articles from selected European countries as a means for standardizing image quality control, even if it is not a law. However in some of these articles certain references specific to each nation are also cited, outside this spectrum, local references were also observed in Asian and American articles.
