Proposta da aplicação da IEC 61400-26-1 em parques eólicos, baseado no registro operativo de seus aerogeradores

Abstract

A energia eólica vem crescendo exponencialmente desde o final da década de 1990, tendo como os principais motivos, o uso de energia limpa e o avanço da tecnologia no desenvolvimento dos aerogeradores. Por outro lado, ao longo dos anos, diversos estudos que normatizam e possibilitam aprimoramentos em sua eficiência foram desenvolvidos, sendo atualmente a norma IEC 61400-26-1, o principal resultado. No entanto, a norma ainda não está totalmente difundida entre os agentes de geração. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver uma proposta para aplicação prática da norma, baseando-se nos registros operativos (eventos de mudança de status) de seus aerogeradores. A proposta resulta em dois principais resultados ao agente gerador, o primeiro é a padronização do registro operativo e a segunda é a adequação dos registros aos indicadores da norma. O banco de dados utilizado refere-se ao registro operativo de 80 aerogeradores de dois parques eólicos (Brotas de Macaúbas/BA e Barra dos Coqueiros/SE), no período de um ano (01/01/2021 e 01/01/2022), acumulando um total de 46.895 registros. Com a padronização proposta, foi possível reduzir 1.995 descrições diferentes para 17 descrições padronizadas, classificando-as nas categorias estabelecidas na norma (10 indicadores dentre os 13 indicados pela norma). Por fim, destaca-se que a proposta desenvolvida, possibilita ao agente gerador padronizar seus registros de acordo com a norma e, assim, analisar pontualmente o processo de geração de energia de seus aerogeradores (da plenitude operativa até possíveis causas de falhas).Wind energy has been growing exponentially since the end of the 1990s, with the main reasons being the use of clean energy and the advancement of technology in the development of wind turbines. On the other hand, over the years, several studies that standardize and enable improvements in its efficiency have been developed, currently the IEC 61400-26-1 standard is the main result. However, the standard is not yet fully disseminated among generation agents. In this sense, the present work aims to develop a proposal for the practical application of the standard, based on the operating records (status change events) of its wind turbines. The proposal results in two main results for the generating agent, the first is the standardization of the operative record and the second is the adequacy of the records to the standard indicators. The database used refers to the operational record of 80 wind turbines from two wind farms (Brotas de Macaúbas/BA and Barra dos Coqueiros/SE), in a period of one year (01/01/2021 and 01/01/2022), accumulating a total of 46,895 records. With the proposed standardization, it was possible to reduce 1,995 different descriptions to 17 standardized descriptions, classifying them in the categories established in the standard (10 indicators among the 13 indicated by the standard). Finally, it is highlighted that the developed proposal allows the generating agent to standardize its records according to the norm and, thus, to analyze the energy generation process of its wind turbines in a timely manner (from operational fullness to possible causes of failures).
