This work presents the development and evaluation of a modular multisensor wearable platform based on the ESP32-C6. The final version integrated a circular touchscreen interface, a real-time clock, photoplethysmography, temperature, illumi- nance, ultraviolet radiation, compass and pedometer functions into a single embedded application. The method combined standalone component tests, separation among driver, processing and presentation, incremental integration and regression of existing functions. The resulting architecture employs lifecycle contracts, independent tasks and shared services for concurrency, persistence and I²C bus recovery. The tests confirmed navigation among screens, acquisition and processing of sensor channels, continued initialization in tests with missing sensors, and operation of the battery measurement. The results demonstrate that the integration and modularity objectives were achieved and confirm the platform as a functional technical foundation for further extensions. The evaluation scope is functional and architectural and does not claim clinical or metrological certification.
