A preservação do patrimônio histórico e arquitetônico dos primeiros povoados e vilas visa conservar a memória, as raízes culturais e a história desses povos. Entretanto, um dos perigos que ameaçam as edificações tombadas como patrimônio histórico é o incêndio. E para prevenir esta ocorrência, devido às peculiaridades destas edificações, elabora-se o projeto preventivo contra incêndio e pânico, com o intuito de auxiliar na salvaguarda e na longevidade dessas edificações históricas. Assim, um estudo preliminar pode ser realizado visando obter uma concepção inicial do projeto preventivo, no qual se especificam as funções, usos e componentes principais a serem utilizados na prevenção e combate a este sinistro. Desse modo, este trabalho tem por objetivo principal o de realizar um estudo preliminar para aplicação de sistemas preventivos contra incêndio, previstos na legislação do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Santa Catarina (CBMSC), para o Escritório Técnico do IPHAN, edificação tombada, localizada no centro histórico de Laguna/SC. Para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, os objetivos específicos foram o de realizar um comparativo entre as instruções normativas (IN) referentes às edificações históricas e tombadas dos Estados brasileiros, abordar as exigências das IN do CBMSC para a aplicação dos sistemas de prevenção de incêndio para a edificação objeto deste estudo e apresentar um estudo preliminar para aplicação dos sistemas preventivos contra incêndio, conforme as normativas vigentes para o Escritório Técnico do IPHAN. O estudo preliminar foi elaborado através da metodologia BIM, com a utilização do software Revit® da Autodesk, obedecendo ao decreto nº 10.306, de 2 de abril de 2020 que estabelece a utilização do BIM na execução de obras e serviços de engenharia realizada pelos órgãos públicos federais. Com a elaboração do estudo, foi possível verificar, dimensionar e projetar em 3D, os sistemas e medidas de segurança contra incêndio e pânico, previstos segundo as legislações do CBMSC e IPHAN para o Escritório Técnico. Foi verificado que devido as limitações, por ser uma edificação tombada, adequações foram feitas, de modo a minimizar a descaracterização da edificação e garantir o nível desejado de segurança. Espera-se que este estudo preliminar contribua na escolha dos sistemas e medidas de segurança, de forma a aumentar a eficiência da gestão e dos projetos preventivos de combate a incêndios para edificações tombadas.
The preservation of the historical and architectural heritage of the first towns and villages aims to preserve the memory, cultural roots and history of these peoples. However, one of the dangers that threatens buildings listed as historic heritage is fire. And to prevent this occurrence, due to the peculiarities of these buildings, a preventive project against fire and panic is prepared, in order to help safeguard and ensure the longevity of these historic buildings. Thus, a preliminary study can be carried out in order to obtain an initial conception of the preventive project, in which the functions, uses and main components to be used in preventing and combating this accident are specified. Thus, this work has as main objective to carry out a preliminary study for the application of preventive systems against fire, provided for in the legislation of the Military Fire Brigade of Santa Catarina, for the IPHAN’s Technical Office, listed building, located in historic center of Laguna/SC. For the development of this work, the specific objectives will be to carry out a comparison between the normative instructions referring to historical and listed buildings of Brazilian States, addressing the requirements of the normative instructions of the Military Fire Brigade of Santa Catarina for the application of fire prevention systems for the building object of this study and to present a preliminary study for the application of fire prevention systems, in accordance with current regulations for IPHAN's Technical Office. The preliminary study was prepared using the BIM methodology, using Autodesk Revit® software, in compliance with decree No. federal. With the elaboration of the study, it was possible to verify, dimension and design in 3D, the systems and safety measures against fire and panic, foreseen according to the legislation of the CBMSC and IPHAN for the Technical Office. It was verified that due to the limitations, as it is a listed building, adjustments were made in order to minimize the de-characterization of the building and guarantee the desired level of safety. It is expected that this preliminary study will contribute to the choice of safety systems and measures, in order to increase the efficiency of management and preventive firefighting projects for listed buildings.
