Resumo
Atualmente tem crescido o número de funcionários que trabalham em home-office. No entanto, este fato traz consigo algumas dificuldades de controle e monitoração de entrada e saída de funcionários, alocação de horas trabalhadas por projeto, ausência programada ou não programada, etc, aumentando-se os custos de controle, especialmente se for feito de modo manual. Este trabalho tem como objetivo automatizar o processo de análise de apontamento de horas de trabalho, junto com a facilitação da inclusão da ausência de algum colaborador por determinado tempo, reduzindo tempo e custos por meio do uso da tecnologia conhecida como Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Deseja-se também a interconexão digital entre a automatização do processo e um software com interface gráfica para visualização dos resultados. A demanda será automatizada de duas formas: através do software UiPath Studio® que trabalha com programação Low-Code, e outra com a linguagem de programação Python, que é de código aberto. Para a execução será necessário mapear o estado atual do processo, desenhar o novo processo a ser realizado pelo robô e implementá-lo. Conjuntamente com a automatização, será desenvolvido um aplicativo utilizando o software PowerApps® que permite que a empresa faça o controle do apontamento de ausências de seus funcionários, incluindo também dados que sejam necessários (férias, feriados e usuários). Após o desenvolvimento serão realizados testes para avaliar o funcionamento das soluções, e por fim, realizar a comparação dos 3 processos (humano, programação Low-Code e codificação em Python) analisando-se diversos aspectos de cada solução, de forma comparativa.
