This work proposes the development of a prototype for a digital platform aimed at connecting scriptwriters and artists in the comic book (HQ) sector, with the objective of addressing the lack of specific tools for forming partnerships in this segment of the Creative Industry. Considering the growth of the Brazilian comic book publishing market and the rise of the comic artist-entrepreneur model, the project's goal is to facilitate the search for compatible collaborators through intuitive filters, digital portfolios, and appropriate communication channels. The adopted method is Jesse James Garrett’s Five Planes model, which includes the stages of strategy, scope, structure, skeleton, and surface, with a focus on user experience. Surveys with the target audience, analysis of similar platforms, and user testing are to be conducted in order to ensure functionality, usability, and alignment with the sector's needs. As a result, a functional prototype of a digital platform was developed, structured based on the demands identified during the research and aligned with contemporary practices in interface design and the creative economy. The proposal demonstrates the feasibility of a specialized solution for the comics sector, capable of optimizing professional connections, reducing informality in partnerships, and expanding collaboration opportunities between writers and artists. It is concluded that the platform meets the needs of its target audience and stands out as a relevant alternative for strengthening the comics market in Brazil.
