Since the promulgation of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil in 1988, there has been a quest to organize the cities development, as well as guarantee the well-being of its inhabitants. Analogous to this, the properties to be built in Imbituba must be in accordance with the Master Plan and the Municipality's Construction Code, as well as adopt the fire protection facilities demanded for the Santa Catarina Military Fire Department. Therefore, this work seeks to develop the architectural, hydrosanitary and fire protection projects of a multifamily residential housing. In addition to bibliographical research, interviews with the client, needs programs and feasibility studies were necessary for the development of this work. All projects were developed in Revit, software that allowed compatibility between disciplines. A building was then designed with four floors levels and a total construction area of 430 m², which will feature a housing unit with two bedrooms, a loft, a duplex and a garage on the ground floor. The building will be supplied by an indirect system with upper and lower reservoirs, and the relative weights method was used for the cold water distribution system. For the wastewater collection and transport system, the Hunter contribution units sizing method was used and for the local treatment, a system consisting of a septic tank, anaerobic filter and sink was used. The following security and fire-fighting systems and measures were developed for the building: fire extinguishers; preventive hydraulics; emergency exit; emergency lighting; exit signs. This case study details the development of the projects, and also the difficulties encountered, so that new professionals can use it for consultation, as long as the particularities and limitations of each project are observed.
