This research aimed to develop an ultra-high performance concrete using waste from a local marble factory in partial replacement of Portland cement. It is justified by looking for a way to reduce the impact of civil construction on global warming, seeking a correct destination for waste from marble works and, at the same time, visiting the use of cement, considering that, currently, the cement industry is one of the biggest contributors to this problem. The marble factories have also been mentioned by environmentalists as sources of gases in the environment, due to the lack of treatment processes to eliminate their residues, which are thrown directly into the ecosystem. Resistance to resistance tests were carried out at 1, 7 and 28 days. Using a statistical analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's test, it was verified that the replacement of 5% of the cement by the residue (RR05) caused an insignificant increase of 2.2% of resistance to resistance when compared to the reference mix (Ref.). The mix where the cement was replaced by 10% (RR10) and the mix where the residue was used as an aggregate (RRAG) obtained, respectively, a significant reduction in resistance of 11.7% and 5.7%. When the eco-efficiency analysis of the mixes was carried out using the CO₂ emission value per m³ of concrete in relation to its resistance to resistance at 28 days and comparing them to the reference mix, the RR05 obtained a 7% decrease in CO₂ emissions. The RR10 and RRAG traits obtained an increase in CO₂ emissions of 2.8% and 9.8%, respectively. When analyzing the sample through the immersion absorption test and the void index according to NBR 9778 (2005), the results were inconclusive, since the RR05 trait, which had presented the best results until then, presented the highest result in both tests, obtaining 5.7% of absorption and 12.5% of voids index. As other samples obtained 5%, 5% and 4.2% in REF, RR10 and RRAG, respectively, in the absorption test and 10.9%, 10.7% and 9.3% in REF, RR10 and RRAG, respectively, no voids index test.
