A abordagem do design thinking na solução de problemas em instituições de ensino: uma aplicação no curso de moda do IFSC Araranguá

Abstract

Esta pesquisa propõe a solução de problemas institucionais existentes no Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Design de Moda do Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia (IFSC) – campus Araranguá – por meio da aplicação da abordagem Design Thinking. Para tal objetivo foi adotado a Pesquisa Intervencionista como metodologia e as etapas do Design Thinking, denominadas de Imersão, Ideação e Prototipação, juntamente a suas ferramentas facilitadoras como norteadoras para a coleta de dados necessária. Após a tabulação dos dados analisaram-se as dores (problemas) mais propensas a resoluções, de acordo com viabilidades financeiras e executáveis na atual pesquisa. Ao final, implementou-se a solução tida como mais eficiente, atendo-se a desejabilidade das personas.This research proposes the solution of institutional problems existing in the Higher Course of Technology in Fashion Design of the Federal Institute of Education Science and Technology (IFSC) - Araranguá campus - through the application of the Design Thinking approach. To this end, the Interventionist Survey was adopted as methodology and the stages of Design Thinking, called Immersion, Ideation and Prototyping, together with its facilitating tools as guides for the necessary data collection. After the data tabulation, the pains (problems) that were most prone to resolutions were analyzed, according to financial viability and executable in the current research. In the end, the solution was implemented as more efficient, attending to the desirability of the people.
