Proposta para implementação de um plano de manutenção autônoma em um laboratório de máquinas operatrizes: um estudo de caso.

Resumo
Neste trabalho buscou-se aprofundar os conhecimentos nas áreas de manutenção e lubrificação, de forma a aplicar os conceitos em um ambiente de estudo voltado para fins didáticos e de pesquisa, complementando as ações atualmente existentes e aplicando conceitos da TPM – Manutenção Produtiva Total, especificamente o pilar da manutenção autônoma (MA) que tem como principal objetivo envolver os operadores nas atividades diárias. Desta forma buscou-se como objetivo principal desenvolver um plano geral de manutenção em um laboratório de maquinas operatrizes, com a finalidade de melhorar a conservação dos equipamentos de forma a aumentar sua vida útiil, e em paralelo facilitar a realização das aulas, melhorando a disposição dos recursos, práticas de limpeza e englobando os alunos nas atividades diárias. A metodologia utilizada para o desenvolvimento foi uma pesquisa cientifica de natureza aplicada, deste modo foi possível estudar informações especificas sobre o tema, abrindo oportunidade para melhorias no ambiente estudado. Buscou-se desta forma estudar conceitos sobre manutenção e lubrificação e listar as práticas que poderiam ser empregadas no laboratório de máquinas operatrizes alvo do estudo. Foram estudadas e compiladas informações referentes aos equipamentos e métodos atual de limpeza e conservação, bem como o público alvo e carga horária de utilização dos equipamentos, de modo a determinar padrões e frequência de limpeza lubrificação dos mesmos. Pode-se constatar que o desenvolvimento deste trabalho pode contribuir para a execução das atividades em laboratório bem como para englobar os alunos em outras áreas do conhecimento, como manutenção e lubrificação. Outro resultado importante foi o estudo dos equipamentos que resultou no plano de lubrificação, que anteriormente não era realizada por falta de uma metodologia. Por fim, estudos futuros podem contribuir com o aperfeiçoamento e complementação dos resultados deste trabalho, que dentre outras ações pode englobar os demais equipamentos.
In this work, we sought to deepen our knowledge in the areas of maintenance and lubrication, in order to apply the concepts in a study environment focused on didactic and research purposes, complementing the existing actions and applying TPM concepts. the mainstay of the autonomous maintenance (MA) that has as main objective to involve the operators in the daily activities. In this way, the main goal was to develop a general plan of maintenance in a laboratory of machine tools, with the purpose of improving the conservation of the equipment in order to increase its useful life, and in parallel to facilitate the accomplishment of the classes, improving the disposition resources, cleaning practices and engaging students in daily activities. The methodology used for the development was a scientific research of an applied nature, in this way it was possible to study specific information about the subject, opening the opportunity for improvements in the studied environment. In this way, we tried to study concepts about maintenance and lubrication and to list the practices that could be used in the laboratory of machine tools target of the study. Information regarding the current equipment and methods of cleaning and conservation, as well as the target audience and the hours of use of the equipment were studied and compiled in order to determine the standards and frequency of cleaning of the equipment. It can be verified that the development of this work can contribute to the execution of the activities in the laboratory as well as to include students in other areas of knowledge, such as maintenance and lubrication. Another important result was the study of the equipment that resulted in the lubrication plan, which was previously not performed due to lack of a methodology. Finally, future studies can contribute to the improvement and complementation of the results of this work, which among other actions may include other equipment.
