Abordagem da temática relativa à liderança no Curso de Tecnologia em Radiologia de uma Instituição Federal do Sul do Brasil

Abstract

Pensando na atuação do tecnólogo em radiologia frente ao conselho profissional da categoria, esse trabalho teve como objetivo identificar de que forma a temática liderança é abordada na trajetória formativa de um curso de Tecnologia em Radiologia de uma instituição federal do sul do Brasil. A presente pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo onde os dados foram coletados a partir das ementas das disciplinas contidas no Projeto Pedagógico do Curso investigado e de entrevistas com 6 docentes do curso, selecionados de forma intencional. Os dados coletados foram organizados e analisados tendo como norte a Análise de Conteúdo da psicóloga Laurence Bardin. A partir da análise documental observou-se que as disciplinas de psicologia, gestão em radiologia e gestão hospitalar apresentam conteúdos relacionados à temática liderança, mas não apresentam o assunto de forma declarada, nem mesmo o conteúdo relacionado à atuação frente aos conselhos profissionais da categoria. A partir desta pesquisa foi possível observar que há falta de clareza no PPC do curso investigado, bem como ausência de consenso entre seus docentes, acerca da abordagem da temática da liderança na trajetória formativa do tecnólogo em radiologia na instituição de interesse para essa pesquisa.Thinking about the performance of the radiology technologist in front of the professional council of the category, this work aimed to identify how the theme of leadership is approached in the formative trajectory of a course of Technology in Radiology of a federal institution in the south of Brazil. The present research is of a qualitative nature where the data were collected from the menus of the disciplines contained in the Pedagogical Project of the investigated Course and from interviews with 6 professors of the course, intentionally selected. The collected data were organized and analyzed based on the Content Analysis of the psychologist Laurence Bardin. Based on the documental analysis, it was observed that the disciplines of psychology, radiology management and hospital management present contents related to the leadership theme, but do not present the subject in a declared way, not even the content related to the performance before the professional councils of the category. Based on this research, it was possible to observe that there is a lack of clarity in the PPC of the investigated course, as well as a lack of consensus among its professors, regarding the approach to the theme of leadership in the training trajectory of the radiology technologist in the institution of interest for this search.
