Educação inclusiva: entre a realidade e as orientações legais nacionais

Abstract

A educação inclusiva na etapa da educação infantil é o tema deste artigo. O objetivo do estudo é compreender sobre as dificuldades vivenciadas por profissionais da educação e instituições de ensino ao atenderem crianças com necessidades educativas especiais. Em uma perspectiva de pesquisa qualitativa do tipo exploratória e bibliográfica, considerou-se que existem muitas limitações para que o trabalho realizado esteja alinhado na busca em diminuir ou eliminar as barreiras enfrentadas pelos sujeitos com deficiência nas instituições, tais como: formação inicial ou continuada dos professores e profissionais de apoio (segundo professor); aprimoramento de toda comunidade escolar sobre as especificidades das pessoas com deficiência presentes na instituição de ensino; estreitamento das relações entre família e escola; e, diálogo entre o sistema municipal de educação e servidores sobre as melhores condições práticas de cada caso especificamente. Considera-se por fim, que existe a necessidade de juntos, professores, profissionais de apoio, família e sistemas de educação municipal articularem-se e aprofundarem sobre as singularidades que as crianças Público Alvo da Educação Especial = PAEE trazem para o universo escolar das redes de ensino.

Inclusive education in early childhood education is the subject of this article. The objective of the study is to understand the difficulties experienced by education professionals and educational institutions when caring for children with special educational needs. From a qualitative exploratory and bibliographic research perspective, it was considered that there are many limitations so that the work carried out is aligned in the search to reduce or eliminate the barriers faced by individuals with disabilities in institutions, such as: initial or continuing training of teachers and support professionals (second teacher); improvement of the entire school community on the specificities of people with disabilities present in the educational institution; closer relations between family and school; and, dialogue between the municipal education system and civil servants about the best practical conditions in each case specifically. Finally, it is considered that there is a need for, together, teachers, support professionals, family and municipal education systems to articulate and deepen on the singularities that children Target Public of Special Education = PAEE bring to the school universe of the networks educationinclusive education to flow, it is necessary to reorganize the system, prepare professionals, institutions, and a more detailed analysis of the different peculiarities of each child of each diversity.
