Technology is already a reality present in everyday life, it is increasingly improved, and results in innovations and improvements, also covering the civil construction market. The technology in civil construction is evolving every day, but the lack of it is still noticeable in some areas, such as the construction site. Project management at the construction site is an activity that requires organization, both from the technical person responsible for storage control, and from the company in making updated projects available. Most projects are on paper, which can be damaged. They always need to be updated to avoid failures and reworks, when they are requested, it takes an arduous journey and time to locate them. QR Code technology is seen increasingly and constantly nowadays, but in the area of civil construction it is an uncommon technology, especially on construction sites. The present study seeks to evaluate the use of QR Code technology to access projects at a construction site of a construction company in Florianópolis. Integrating the use of QR Code labels in order to optimize management processes, and facilitate access to projects. The QR Codes will be allocated on the floors in strategic locations, containing the required projects, to develop a better practicality and organization, both for the company that provides the projects, and for the workers present at the construction site who consult it. Being analyzed through a qualitative questionnaire with employees who work at the construction site, evaluating whether it is feasible to apply this technology. The results obtained with the questionnaire were successful, the QR Code technology was accepted by most workers who evaluated how easy it was to use the tool, and it was possible to analyze that if used from the beginning of the construction site, savings can be obtained.
