Plano de negócio: oficina mecânica especializada em freio automotivo

Abstract

Empreendedores são pessoas que inovam, que melhoram algum produto ou serviço, que movimentam a economia e auxiliam na evolução tecnológica, enfim são pessoas que idealizam. Mas uma ideia por si só, não gerará frutos, ela precisa se transformar em oportunidade e posteriormente em negócio. Para isso, essa oportunidade tem que ser estudada e planejada, e uma das melhores formas de atingir esse objetivo é por meio de Plano de Negócios. O presente estudo teve como objetivo principal a elaboração de um plano de negócio para uma oficina mecânica especializada em reparos do sistema de freio automotivo na cidade de Blumenau, Santa Catarina. Na realização do Plano de negócio foram levantados dados de potenciais clientes, concorrentes, fornecedores, financeiros e organizacionais. Também foram realizadas estimativas de faturamento e construção de cenários. Buscou-se conhecer as necessidades, motivações e preferências de potenciais clientes através de questionário elaborado pelo autor. O estudo procurou detalhar da melhor forma possível os investimentos iniciais do negócio para a elaboração de uma empresa modelo. Pode-se dizer que o negócio é viável financeiramente, principalmente por possuir uma lucratividade satisfatória, mas deve-se atentar à rentabilidade e à quantidade de concorrentes existente na região.Entrepreneurs are people who innovate, who improve some product or service, who move the economy and help in technological evolution, finally are people who idealize. But an idea by itself, will not generate fruits, it needs to turn into opportunity and then into business. For this, this opportunity has to be studied and planned, and one of the best ways to achieve this target is through a Business Plan. The present study had as main target the elaboration of a business plan for a mechanic workshop specialized in repairs of the automotive brake system in the city of Blumenau, Santa Catarina. In the execution of the Business Plan, data were collected from potential customers, competitors, suppliers, financial and organizational. Estimates of billing and construction of scenarios were also carried out. It was sought to know the needs, motivations and preferences of potential clients through a questionnaire elaborated by the author. The study sought to better detail the initial investments of the business for the development of a model company. It can be said that the business is financially viable, mainly because it has a satisfactory profitability, but attention must be paid to the profitability and the number of competitors existing in the region.
