Plataforma Minha Biblioteca: recomendações para a implementação de cursos técnicos no IFSC

Resumo
A pesquisa foi desenvolvida no âmbito do Mestrado Profissional em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica em Rede Nacional, no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Santa Catarina (IFSC), Câmpus Florianópolis e teve como objetivo geral elaborar um guia com recomendações para que os servidores responsáveis pela criação do Projeto Pedagógico de Curso (PPC) pudessem ter acesso, em um único documento, há informações relevantes sobre a seleção de bibliografias a serem incluídas no PPC, bem como as quantidades necessárias utilizadas para cada tipo de curso oferecido pelo IFSC. Metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza aplicada. Quanto a sua forma de abordagem, a pesquisa é qualitativa. Quanto ao objetivo, a pesquisa é descritiva. Quanto aos procedimentos técnicos, trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de estudo de caso. A coleta de dados deu-se a partir de levantamento bibliográfico, fontes documentais, tais como, a legislação sobre os IFs, regulamentações internas do IFSC e documentos institucionais do Curso Técnico em Desenvolvimento de Sistemas. A pesquisa detém uma importância social de elevada significância, visto que a utilização de plataformas digitais na educação ajudam a disseminar o conhecimento científico, promove uma prática pedagógica mais dinâmica e integrada, se apresentando como um recurso indispensável para o pesquisador e sua investigação, gerando um efeito positivo para a sociedade. Os dados produzidos foram analisados a partir da metodologia da análise de conteúdo. Foi desenvolvido um produto educacional em formato de guia com recomendações para ajudar no processo de seleção de bibliografias utilizadas na criação do PPC. O estudo e o produto educacional desenvolvido contribuí positivamente na elaboração e seleção de bibliografias para o desenvolvimento do PPC.

As for technical procedures, it is a bibliographical, documentary and case study research. Data collection was based on a bibliographical survey, documentary sources, such as legislation on IFs, internal regulations of the IFSC and institutional documents of the Technical Course in Systems Development. Research has a highly significant social importance, as the use of digital platforms in education helps to disseminate scientific knowledge, promotes a more dynamic and integrated pedagogical practice, presenting itself as an indispensable resource for the researcher and his investigation, generating a positive effect on society. The data produced was analyzed using the content analysis methodology. An educational product was developed in guide format with recommendations to help in the process of selecting bibliographies used in creating the PPC. The study and the educational product developed contributed positively to the preparation and selection of bibliographies for the development of the PPC.
