The lack of results in the results obtained by the technological control through the molding of testimonies, which really represent the final concrete formed in the structure, is something very common. In cases of doubt about the real strength of concrete, one of the most used methods is the extraction of cores for subsequent rupture. A more economical option that does not cause damage to a structure is to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on contextual elements. Among them, the most used are rebound number, which, through the principle of rebound, assesses the surface hardness of the concrete and ultrasonic pulse velocity, which calculates the propagation velocity of the ultrasonic wave inside the concrete. There are several studies that seek to find correlation curves between the NDT and the compressive strength of concrete, performing both tests on the same specimens. Many authors emphasize the importance or have already tried to apply these correlation curves directly in constructions, however, when comparing the resistance results estimated by the correlation curve with the results obtained by the specimens, the errors found are found. Through the definition of non-destructive test results curves both on specimens subjected to different types of cure conditions and on prisms that simulate a real application of concrete in constructions, the present work aims to propose and validate a methodology for the elaboration of laboratory correlation curves capable of increasing the confidence of the results obtained by technological control. The best correlation curves that the application results were obtained as evidence of the prisms, with correlation coefficients (R²) greater than 0.9 and with estimation errors of 14% for rebound number and 15% for ultrasonic pulse velocity. within the variation values found in the literature for the tests.
