A construção civil, em alguns municípios, chega a ser responsável pela geração de metade dos resíduos sólidos urbanos, o que justifica a importância do gerenciamento dos Resíduos da Construção Civil (RCC) no atendimento às legislações da região. Com um estudo de caso em seis construtoras da cidade de Florianópolis, este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o gerenciamento dos RCC nos canteiros de obra no município de Florianópolis e verificar se atendem às legislações vigentes. No desenvolvimento desse trabalho os dados foram coletados por meio de formulário e entrevistas com colaboradores, ao analisar os dados, mostraram que 50% dos funcionários de cada empresa possuem conhecimentos da resolução nº 307 do CONAMA, metade das empresas dizem que efetuam treinamentos aos funcionários em relação ao gerenciamento dos RCC e alegam que existe fiscalização em relação aos RCC. Já 66,67% das empresas realizam a separação correta dos RCC nos canteiros de obra e utilizam acondicionamentos adequados para os RCC. Ao final da pesquisa, a constatação que foi permitida estabelecer é que existe uma carência em relação ao gerenciamento dos RCC pelos colaboradores e uma ausência do poder público na fiscalização em relação a esse tema. Porém, este estudo detectou que os cenários vêm se alterando e que existem empresas que levam esse assunto a sério e tomam medidas relevantes e de acordo com as estabelecidas pela legislação.

With a case study in six construction companies in the city of Florianópolis, this work aims to analyze the management of RCC in construction sites in the city of Florianópolis and check if they comply with current legislation. In the development of this work, data were collected through a form and interviews with employees, when analyzing the data, showed that 50% of the employees of each company have knowledge of CONAMA Resolution No. 307, half of the companies say they provide training to employees in regarding the management of the CCRs and claim that there is inspection in relation to the CCRs. 66.67% of the companies, on the other hand, perform the correct separation of the RCC at the construction sites and use suitable packaging for the RCC. At the end of the research, the observation that was allowed to be established is that there is a lack in relation to the management of RCC by employees and an absence of public power in the inspection in relation to this topic. However, this study he detected that the scenarios have been changing and that there are companies that take this issue seriously and take relevant measures and in accordance with those established by law.
