A análise econômica de pomares de macieira, com a construção de fluxo de caixa e estimativa do payback contribui para tomar decisões mais assertivas de qual sistema adotar. Com isso, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o payback de pomares de macieira em dois sistemas de condução, bidimensional e V-trellis, sobre o mesmo porta enxerto CG.213 no município de São Joaquim, SC. Para a análise do payback simples foram utilizados os indicadores produtividade, receitas e custos, e fichas de controle de qualidade de frutas dos dois sistemas de condução das safras 2021/22 e 2022/23. O payback para o sistema V-Trellis foi no 5° ano e para o sistema bidimensional no 8° ano. Demonstrando que o sistema V-trellis tem maior lucratividade em função do maior número de plantas.ha-1 , bem como na maior eficiência na captação da luz, necessitando de menor tempo para o retorno do capital investido, devido à melhoria na qualidade de classificação dos frutos, e consequente melhoria no faturamento.
The economic analysis of apple orchards, with the construction of cash flow and payback estimation, helps to make more assertive decisions on which system to adopt. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the payback of apple orchards in two training systems, two-dimensional and V-trellis, under the same CG.213 rootstock in the municipality of São Joaquim, SC. For the simple payback analysis, productivity, revenue and cost indicators were used, and fruit quality control sheets from the two systems for conducting the 2021/22 and 2022/23 harvests. The payback for the V-Trellis system was in the 5th year and for the two-dimensional system in the 8th year. Demonstrating that the V-trellis system has greater profitability due to the greater number of plants.ha-1 , as well as greater efficiency in capturing light, requiring less time to return the capital invested, due to the improvement in the quality of fruit classification, and consequent improvement in revenue.
