Fashion produces a large amount of waste that is wrongly and irresponsibly discarded in the environment, especially from raw material dyeing. This paper aims to analyze natural dyeing and Eco-Printing techniques as a path to Eco-Fashion. Concepts of those two techniques, and concepts of conventional printing and dyeing techniques, which are currently used by industries and companies who serve the Fashion sector, will be introduced. Literature review was the methodology, in order to understand the unfolding of those sustainable techniques and make a comparison with printing and dyeing with synthetic dyes in the current textile industry scenario. As a result, after analyzing the processes, we suggest and support that sustainable dyeing and printing techniques are an alternative to replace pollutant and environmentally harmful processes. We are only taking the first step, since we know there is a large path to be followed until those techniques find their way into the market, and gradually replace conventional dyeing and printing processes.
