Proposta de adequação arquitetônica da área externa de uma escola de educação básica com vistas à BNCC

Resumo
É na infância que surgem as primeiras habilidades que advêm das várias formas de interações. Logo, a prática educativa deve ser viva e o educador ter acesso a diferentes meios e espaços para desenvolver o engajamento lúdico dos alunos. Diante disso, os espaços externos ganham importância para o efetivo desenvolvimento educacional. Na concepção de que ambientes diferentes favorecem e despertam as interações e o aprendizado do aluno, a Base Nacional Comum Curricular – BNCC incentiva os gestores a estarem atentos às legislações pertinentes e aos documentos que o Ministério da Educação - MEC vem propondo em relação aos ambientes educacionais, de forma a possibilitar, aos professores, acesso a diversos ambientes, e assim diversificar seus métodos de ensino. Diante do exposto, esse trabalho aborda a infraestrutura escolar com o objetivo de analisar, identificar a necessidade de alterações e apresentar adequações da área externa da Escola de Educação Básica Felisberto de Carvalho de Palmitos-SC - uma escola da região de influência do IFSC - campus São Carlos, atendendo a legislação pertinente e aos principais documentos do MEC que abordam as áreas externas das instituições escolares, com vistas a BNCC. Para isso, usou-se o método indutivo, para verificar as (in)compatibilidades da atual infraestrutura e uma abordagem qualitativa aplicada. Logo, constatou-se que era necessário a adequação destes espaços e foram apresentadas soluções arquitetônicas que atendam as necessidades e normas aplicáveis. Assim, através da pesquisa bibliográfica, da prática vivenciada e das dificuldades encontradas no desenvolvimento do TCC, foi possível analisar, diagnosticar, identificar inadequações e erros no projeto, dimensionar escadas, rampas e telhados, estimar áreas, aprofundar o conhecimento em normas e leis, dentre outros, que contribuíram para o desenvolvimento da proposta na forma de um Projeto Arquitetônico Legal.

Therefore, the educational practice must be alive and the educator must have access to different means and spaces to develop the ludic engagement of the students. In view of this, external spaces gain importance for effective educational development. In the conception that different environments favor and awaken student interactions and learning, the National Common Curricular Base - BNCC encourages managers to be aware of the relevant legislation and documents that the Ministry of Education - MEC has been proposing in relation to educational environments , in order to allow teachers access to different environments, and thus diversify their teaching methods. Given the above, this work addresses the school infrastructure with the aim of analyzing, identifying the need for changes and presenting adjustments to the external area of the Escola de Educação Básica Felisberto de Carvalho de Palmitos-SC - a school in the region of influence of the IFSC - campus São Carlos, complying with the relevant legislation and the main MEC documents that address the external areas of school institutions, with a view to BNCC. For this, the inductive method was used to verify the (in)compatibilities of the current infrastructure and an applied qualitative approach. Soon, it was found that it was necessary to adapt these spaces and architectural solutions were presented that meet the needs and applicable standards. Thus, through bibliographical research, the experience experienced and the difficulties encountered in the development of the TCC, it was possible to analyze, diagnose, identify inadequacies and errors in the project, dimension stairs, ramps and roofs, estimate areas, deepen knowledge in norms and laws, among others, who contributed to the development of the proposal in the form of a Legal Architectural Project.
