Núcleo de Estudos dos Saberes do Trabalho: uma proposta de articulação entre a escola e o mundo laboral

Abstract

A cisão histórica entre o trabalho e a educação, com a emergência da escola, não eliminou a realidade formadora do trabalho, mas distanciou-a do local destinado ao seu aprendizado. O distanciamento do saber do trabalho do saber da escola, afeta os próprios desígnios da EPT, privando os estudantes de contextos importantes em sua formação e sua integração com a realidade laboral. Existe, ainda, a necessidade de se criar laços de racionalidade educativa com os trabalhadores, que formados no labor, não se identificam com a escola. A necessidade da formação profissional utilizar parâmetros articulados com o meio laboral, torna necessária a existência de uma estrutura institucional, que dialogue com o mundo do trabalho, com o intuito de manter atualizadas as demandas formativas, utilizando dinâmicas que surjam a partir da articulação do saber laboral com o saber da escola. Este trabalho se trata de uma pesquisa aplicada, que visa propor a criação de um Núcleo de Estudos dos Saberes do Trabalho, como forma de articular a escola com mundo laboral, voltado para o Curso Técnico em Manutenção Automotiva do IFSC. Os procedimentos técnicos utilizados para a pesquisa, contaram com o uso da literatura e legislação a respeito do assunto, a realização de um trabalho de campo, junto a trabalhadores do setor automotivo, contato com instituições que tem relação com a temática abordada, questionário junto aos alunos do Curso Técnico em Manutenção automotiva do IFSC e a realização de um grupo focal com ex-alunos e professores do IFSC e do SENAI, ligados à área automotiva, como forma de criar parâmetros de análise para a proposta do Produto Educacional. A principal conclusão aponta para a necessidade de preenchimento deste hiato formativo, de gerir a distância entre o trabalho e a educação, permitindo que os saberes do trabalho dialoguem com os saberes da escola, tanto na forma didática, quanto no currículo, necessitando de uma estrutura para tal.The historical division between work and education, with the emergence of the school, did not eliminate the formative reality of the work, but distanced it from the place destined for its learning. The distancing of the knowledge from the work of the school's knowledge affects the very designs of the Vocational and Technological Education, depriving students of important contexts in their education and their integration with the work reality. There is also a need to create bonds of educational rationality with workers, who have been employed in the work, do not identify with the school. The need for professional training to use parameters articulated with the labor environment makes it necessary to have an institutional structure, which dialogues with the world of work, in order to keep upto- date the formative demands, using dynamics that arise from the articulation of work knowledge with the knowledge of the school. This work is an applied research, which aims to propose the creation of a Center for Studies of Work Knowledge, as a way to articulate the school with a work world, focused on the Technical Course in Automotive Maintenance of the IFSC. The technical procedures used for the research, counted on the use of literature and legislation, regarding the subject, the accomplishment of a fieldwork, together with workers in the automotive sector, contact with institutions related to the theme addressed, questionnaire with the students of the Technical Course in Automotive Maintenance of IFSC and the realization of a focus group with former students and teachers of IFSC and SENAI, linked to the automotive area, as a way to create parameters of analysis for the proposal of the Educational Product. The main conclusion points to the need to fill this training gap, to manage the distance between work and education, so that the knowledge of the work dialogues with the knowledge of the school, both in the didactic form and in the curriculum, needing a structure to do so.
