Resumo
O Produto Educacional é uma exigência estabelecida pela Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) para a obtenção do Título de Mestre em Mestrados Profissionais na área de ensino. Considerando a relevância que adquirem neste tipo de programa, pode-se afirmar que o desenvolvimento de tais produtos, certamente, envolve a aplicação de diversificadas técnicas e conhecimentos por parte de seus elaboradores. Neste sentido, a presente pesquisa teve como objetivo geral, sistematizar quais os principais desafios de egressos de mestrados profissionais da área de ensino, no desenvolvimento de Produtos Educacionais. A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa, de natureza aplicada, com objetivos exploratórios e que, em relação aos procedimentos técnicos, classifica-se como pesquisa bibliográfica e participante. Tendo como instrumentos para coleta de dados o levantamento bibliográfico, questionários e entrevistas. Para a análise de dados, foi utilizada a Análise de Conteúdo. A investigação teve como lócus de pesquisa e definição de amostra o Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (ProfEPT) do Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina, campus Florianópolis, especificamente os egressos do Mestrado Profissional do IFSC oriundos das turmas que ingressaram no o período entre 2017 a 2021. Como Produto Educacional, foi desenvolvido um Livro Digital. Objetivou-se, com o Livro Digital, colaborar academicamente com outros pesquisadores, mestrandos ingressantes e professores de Mestrados Profissionais na compreensão dos desafios envolvidos no desenvolvimento de Produtos Educacionais. Espera-se contribuir para a construção de novas experiências acadêmicas, novos saberes e técnicas que possam ser implementadas em diferentes situações de pesquisa e trabalho, podendo ainda colaborar com o próprio ProfEPT, não somente no IFSC, mas em rede nacional.
The Educational Product is a requirement established by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) to obtain the Master's Degree in Professional Masters in the teaching area. Considering the relevance they acquire in this type of program, it can be said that the development of such products certainly involves the application of diverse techniques and knowledge on the part of their developers. In this sense, the general objective of this research was to understand the main challenges faced by graduates of professional master's degrees in the teaching area, in the development of educational products. The research has a qualitative approach, of an applied nature, with exploratory objectives and which, in relation to technical procedures, is classified as research bibliographic and participant. Using bibliographic survey, questionnaires and interviews as instruments for data collection. For data analysis, Content Analysis was used. The research locus and sample definition were the Postgraduate Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT) of the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina, Florianópolis campus, specifically the graduates of the IFSC Professional Master's Degree from the classes that entered the o period between 2017 and 2021. As an Educational Product, a Digital Book was developed. The objective of the Digital Book was to collaborate academically with other researchers, incoming master's students and Professional Master's professors in understanding the challenges involved in the development of educational products. It is expected to contribute to the construction of new academic experiences, new knowledge and techniques that can be implemented in different research and work situations, and can also collaborate with ProfEPT itself, not only at IFSC, but on a national network.
