Based on these bibliographical studies, a model project was designed to be the starting point for the study of Tinies Houses from the architectural perspective and the construction systems available in Brazil, which included qualitative and quantitative studies, with a budget to assess the viability technical and economic aspects of this project. The values of wood in different companies in western Santa Catarina were analyzed, as well as their different types of chemical treatments. After the aforementioned investigations, it became clear that the option to build a Tiny House using treated eucalyptus wood has numerous advantages, since it is a quick, cheap, economical and sustainable construction.
