A marketing plan functions as a strategic guide that directs the marketing activities of organizations, assisting in achieving market objectives and meeting consumer needs. It is essential for the launch, growth, and consolidation of products and services offered, regardless of the sector. Therefore, this work aimed to develop a marketing plan for the launch of the Frass bio-input by the startup B. The study was conducted following the methodology proposed by Sebrae, which uses theoretical research, exploratory research, and case study. From the data obtained, it was observed that there is a favorable scenario for the growth of the market for sustainable bio-inputs focused on food production. In this context, Frass presents itself as an alternative aligned with this demand, since it is a multifunctional product that fits into the concepts of sustainability and circular economy. However, because it is an innovative product and still little known in the market, it is necessary to carry out consumer education and awareness actions to favor its acceptance and adoption. The developed marketing plan proposes short, medium, and long-term strategies, targeting commercial and domestic producers of ornamental plants, vegetables, grains, seeds, and fruit trees. Product sales are planned nationwide through e-commerce and, initially, in person at agricultural supply stores, garden centers, cooperatives, and through direct service on rural properties in the Amures region, with subsequent expansion to the states of Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. Promotional strategies include product presentation and outreach through research, demonstrations at fairs and rural properties, and the use of social media to increase brand and product visibility. Pricing strategies are based on the different phases of the product life cycle (penetration, growth, and maturity) and should be reassessed over time according to market behavior. Therefore, it is concluded that there is potential for the launch and consolidation of Frass in the consumer market. The marketing plan is expected to help the startup position its product appropriately, acquire customers, and achieve commercial results in a planned and organized manner, while also promoting consumer satisfaction and trust.
